Attention: For additional COVID-19 Resources visit the ACP COVID-19 Resource Page.
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We continue to be in an unprecedented time for our profession, our country, and our world. The ACP is committed to keeping you informed of the latest developments and how those impact our operations, especially as they relate to you – our valued members.
At this time, we are moving forward with preparations for the 2020 Annual Session, which is scheduled to take place in New Orleans, Nov. 4-7, 2020. Currently, our plan is to open registration in June.
The health and safety of our members remains our highest priority. We are evaluating the situation daily and continue to follow the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as federal, state, and local health guidelines. You can count on increased safety measures and precautions on site, and regular communications from the ACP to keep you updated ahead of the event.
Between now and Annual Session, the ACP will be introducing new online educational opportunities, which will allow us to connect and learn together, even when we must remain apart.
If you have any questions related to the Annual Session, please contact the ACP Central Office. I look forward to when we are able to celebrate our 50th anniversary together, in the meantime please stay safe.
Warm Regards,
Stephen I. Hudis, DDS, FACP
ACP President
