ACP New York Section Meeting Recap
The New York Section of the ACP recently held their annual Spring Meeting on April 5 at the Union League Club in New York City.
At the meeting Dr. Paul Zhivago shared a Digital Dentistry Update and Dr. Kenneth Kurtz (pictured above with many past residents and colleagues) received the section's Distinguished Service Award. Attendance was excellent as there were 150 attendees present, enjoying a cocktail hour mingling with sponsors followed by a 3-course dinner.
Section President Dr. Elphida Ayvazian introduced Dr. Dana Marzocco, Dr. Kurtz's former student and current practice associate. She then made her introductory comments regarding Dr. Kurtz, who then spoke about his long-time involvement with local and national ACP service, requesting that the audience participate in college activities all towards the goal of advancing the specialty of prosthodontics.
