ACPEF Recognizes Ivoclar Vivadent
2018 is the final year of a multi-year commitment Ivoclar Vivadent made to the ACPEF. The company's support enables the ACPEF to fund its mission of education, research, and advancement of the specialty, specifically through support of the Joint Educators Conference which brings academicians together twice a year. This week, April 13-14, the spring conference is occurring in Chicago.
Historically, this conference has brought together educators from 90% of dental schools, resulting in this event being one of the best networking and educational opportunities for predoctoral and advanced program faculty. This conference is truly one of a kind as prosthodontics is the only dental specialty to host this type of meeting.
"We at Ivoclar Vivadent value our relationship with the American College of Prosthodontists and the ACP Education Foundation," said Dr. George W. Tysowsky, Senior Vice President-Technology & Professional Relations, Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. "Both organizations represent a significant role in dentistry through the development of future leaders and educators within our profession. The ACP membership contributes to our growth with collaboration on research and education relative to the introduction of new technologies into the dental field. This relationship allows for mutual support for the benefit of better dentistry."
Please join with us in thanking Dr. George Tysowsky, Senior Vice President-Technology & Professional Relations; Bob Ganley, CEO; and Ivoclar Vivadent for the long standing relationship and support of the Foundation.
