ACP's 42nd Annual Session Continues as Planned Thursday, Nov. 1 in Baltimore
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that ACP’s 42nd Annual Session in Baltimore will continue with an adapted program this week. All events, workshops and educational sessions on Thursday, Nov. 1, Friday, Nov. 2 and Saturday, Nov. 3 will continue as scheduled. The Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is operating at full capacity and is excited to welcome you to Baltimore.
The College promises a festive evening at the Welcome Reception beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday for those of you who are able to arrive safely in Baltimore. We expect airline travel and public transportation in Baltimore to resume normal operations on Wednesday.
We are sensitive to all ACP members, exhibitors and corporate partners across the country who may be impacted at home or during travel to Baltimore. The Board of Directors kept our members’ safety at the forefront while assessing circumstances. In fact, several ACP members are on the ground in Baltimore including some staying at the meeting hotel, the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.
“I’m eager to welcome my ACP colleagues to Baltimore this week,” said ACP Treasurer Dr. Carl Driscoll. “We’re looking forward to an excellent program and will toast the ACP and have some fun Wednesday evening at the Welcome Reception.”
The Board of Directors will continue to monitor the situation and we will send another email promptly if circumstances require further changes to the schedule. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this challenging time.
The following events and educational sessions on Wednesday, Oct. 31 have been cancelled to allow you time to safely travel to Baltimore.

7 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Predoctoral Educator Meeting
7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. – Postdoctoral Educator Meeting
7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. – Board Preparation Course
1 to 4:30 p.m. – Patient Management Workshop
1 to 4:30 p.m. – International Practitioners Symposium (Presented in Spanish)
1 to 5 p.m. – Advances in Maxillofacial Prosthetics
4:30 to 5:30 p.m. – Region 7 International Meeting
