This session will discuss the evolution of technologies used in dentistry - from early scanning and registration technologies used in orthodontics, to x-ray scanning technology used to aid in accurate implant placement, to the development of the full digital denture manufacturing solution. The true digital denture encompasses all aspects of digital technologies, including CAD technology for digital design, CAM technologies such as milling and printing and 3D scanning technology, and the distinctive CAE which powers the linkage of CAD/CAM, workflow and superior outcomes to provide a fully digital solution for today's doctor.

Biography: Tim is an accomplished entrepreneur and corporate executive, who has successfully led both national and multinational companies. As CEO of AvaDent, he is responsible for the growth and vision of the Company. Prior to his current role he was CEO of IMTEC, a 300-person enterprise, which was sold to 3M.
