The purpose of this clinically focused lecture is to provide the dentist with the fundamental knowledge and confidence of surgical and restorative implant dentistry utilizing a lecture and hands-on demonstration format.

This lecture will combine multiple surgical and prosthodontic procedures to help enhance the participant's knowledge in both the surgical and restorative aspects of implant overdenture therapy. This course will focus on evaluation, classification, and treatment guidelines specific to a mandibular implant overdenture. Parameters to be assessed include diagnosis and treatment planning, surgical techniques featuring the Sterngold TRU® Implant System, and restorative techniques with a focus on attachment design, selection, and application.
