Frank Lauciello, DDS, FACP

Sponsored by: ivoclar_vivadent

The concept of digital dentures is well-known and often accepted as a significant improvement to the fabrication and workflow associated with removable restorations. However, the implementation of this concept to everyday practice is still met with reluctance for a host of reasons.

The obvious challenge with this new technology is that it requires a different level of communication between clinician and technician. This program will discuss how best to communicate essential patient data and will focus on the most fundamental means of communication “The Digital Denture Prescription.” The choice of clinical workflow and manufacturing process will make Taking that first step more predictable and successful.

Course Objectives:

  • Understand and apply principles of smile design and analysis of proportions.
  • Learn the various digital workflows available for digitization of removable prosthetics.
  • Communicate effective laboratory prescriptions to ensure predictable outcome.
