Awards of Distinction: Call for Nominations
The ACP, through its awards program, formally recognizes individuals whose contributions to the specialty or to the College are outstanding and substantial. The awards of the College are given according to the approved criteria and consideration to an individual's qualifications.
Members of the College may submit a letter of nomination for the following Awards of Distinction:
- Distinguished Service Award
- Dan Gordon Award (Lifetime Achievement)
- Dental Technician Leadership Award
- Private Practice Prosthodontist Award*
A brief biosketch and recent high-resolution color photo should accompany the letter of nomination. The nominations will be reviewed by the Nominating Committee, which will make the final selection. Please be sure to read the revised Awards of Distinction document and list of past awardees before making a nomination.
*The Private Practice Prosthodontist Award is awarded regionally and has been expanded to include the International Region. Please see the form here.
Please note: During their respective term of service, the Chair of the Nominating Committee; members of the Nominating Committee; and members of the Board of Directors shall be excluded from eligibility for all awards.
