
2025 Virtual Digital Dentistry Symposium

The 2025 Digital Dentistry Symposium is taking place virtually May 15-17, 2025! Titled Shaping the Future of Digital Dentistry: Trends and Insights for Everyday Practice this virtual event is designed to empower dental professionals with cutting-edge knowledge, actionable techniques, and the latest advancements in digital dentistry. Attendees will gain unparalleled insights into emerging technologies, innovative workflows, and real-world applications that enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
Meeting Objectives:
- Explain current and emerging digital technologies, including 3D printing, AI, intraoral scanning, and ceramic materials.
- Assess cost-effective and efficient digital solutions to enhance practice operations and profitability.
- Demonstrate how digital advancements improve patient care through real-world applications and case studies.
The event kicks off the evening of Thursday, May 15 with several hours of CE, continues with a full day of CE on Friday, May 16, and ends with a half day of CE on Saturday, May 17. In total attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 13 CE credits.
All 2025 sessions will be available on-demand after the event, giving you the flexibility to revisit presentations and catch up on anything you missed. Plus, all registrants will also receive on-demand access to the 2023 Digital Dentistry Symposium, which provides an additional 10 CE credits, bringing the total available CE to 23 credits.

Registration includes complimentary access to the 2023 Digital Dentistry Symposium on ACP Anywhere. A separate email with access instructions will be sent to all registrants one week prior to the event.
The ACP has developed digital dentistry resources which you may wish to review before the course, including a white paper, abstract compilation, and glossary of digital dental terms.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a registration, attendees must submit a written request to education@prosthodontics.org. A $50 processing fee will be retained for all cancellations.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note:
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- Substitutions are welcome and must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the event.
- Only one substitution is allowed per original registrant.
- The person requesting the substitution is responsible for any outstanding balance.
Consent Clause
By registering for and participating in the Digital Dentistry Symposium, attendees consent to the use of their image, voice, or likeness in photos, recordings, and other media by ACP and its partners. Virtual participation may involve technology that tracks session attendance and other engagement within the platform.
Program Changes
The ACP reserves the right to make changes as needed, without prior notice. All updates will be reflected in event materials and communications.
Continuing Education Credit
This event will be worth 13 hours of CE credits for this event, as well as up to 10 additional hours of CE credit for the 2023 Digital Dentistry Symposium on demand, which is included with registration.

ACP Meetings Code of Conduct Policy
The ACP is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and ACP staff. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, ACP staff members, service providers, and all others are expected to abide by this Virtual Programs Code of Conduct. This policy applies to all ACP meeting-related events, including those sponsored by organizations other than ACP but held in conjunction with ACP events, on public or private platforms.
ACP has zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you experience harassment or hear of any incidents of unacceptable behavior, ACP asks that you inform either Executive Director Chris Welber or ACP President Dr. Douglas Benting so that we can take the appropriate action.
Unacceptable behavior is defined as:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, ACP staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, ACP staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the exhibit hall, or at other events organized by ACP throughout the virtual meeting. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any ACP virtual event staff.
- Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. ACP reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
- Participants should not copy or take screen shots of Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in virtual space.
ACP reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and ACP reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
