Defining Digital Dentistry – New Edition Now Available
An additional 90 new abstracts were just added to the supplemental resource Defining Digital Dentistry: A Survey of Recent Literature. These new abstracts range from Nov. 2017 – present, covering the state of the art in a broad range of topics including: investigations of intraoral and extraoral scanning accuracy, CBCT technology, the CAD/CAM milling of restorations, guided implant surgery, complete denture methodologies, removable partial denture techniques, and applications to maxillofacial prosthetics.
While not intended to be a comprehensive collection, these peer-reviewed selections offer the opportunity to view the spectrum of digital technologies that are currently influencing prosthodontics.
You can access the latest edition of the abstract compilation, along with many other vital assets, on the ACP's Digital Dentistry Resources page.
Thank you to the Digital Dentistry Curriculum Content Committee for its efforts to ensure the latest updates are included in the Survey of Recent Literature.
Additional thanks go to the contributing publications and their respective Editors-in-Chief: International Journal of Prosthodontics, Dr. Irena Sailer; Journal of Dentistry, Dr. Christopher Lynch; Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Dr. Stephen Rosenstiel; Journal of Prosthodontics, Dr. Radi Masri; The Journal of the American Dental Association, Dr. Michael Glick.
