Funding Highlight: Digital Curriculum User Group
The inaugural Digital Curriculum User Group meeting was held on Wednesday afternoon during the Annual Session in Baltimore for approximately 35 educators from various institutions.
The purpose of the User Group is to create a forum for discussion on how to implement the curriculum as well as strategies for efficient use of hardware and software, working within the confines of an institutional IT environment, and commercial applications targeted at education.
The plan is for two User Group meetings to be hosted each year. These meetings are intended to foster a community to collaborate and navigate the curriculum and academic institution landscape, with the ultimate goal of supporting and advancing dental education for predoctoral and advanced prosthodontic programs.
