May is Mental Health Awareness Month, an important cause to highlight in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. As we all navigate these changing times, you may be feeling stress, fear, and/or anxiety about your physical, mental, and economic well-being. Coping with stress in healthy ways will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger. As some communities are extending shelter in place orders, while others are slowly reopening, life could be even more stressful. There are many resources to assist you and those you care about.
