Promoting Your Research on Social Media
At this year’s ACP Annual Session, the Journal of Prosthodontics workshop is open to all registrants at no additional cost. The presentation is on ‘Promoting Your Research on Social Media.’ This workshop, while usually aimed at residents and early career academics, will also be of interest to all educators and private practitioners.
Speakers will be Michael D. Scherer, DMD, MS, FACP, and Amelia L. Orta, DMD, FACP. Journal Associate Editor-in-Chief Sharon C. Siegel, DDS, MS, MBA, will moderate the discussion. Dr. Scherer will share how he utilizes social media, online website presence, and other methods to stay connected and to help promote scientific knowledge and awareness in prosthodontics. Dr. Orta will discuss how to create professional social media content to showcase your work as a prosthodontist and build professional relationships.
