Prosthodontists Highlighted for Dentures in a Day
The Prosthodontics Department at LSU Health New Orleans School of Dentistry was recently featured in an article by LSU for the great pro bono work they helped facilitate.
Fifteen economically disadvantaged patients received a brand new smile thanks to a hands-on course hosted by the Prosthodontics Department, and department head Dr. Karen Bruggers.
The work was done in connection with the National Network for Oral Health Access, the Daughters of Charity Health System, the Louisiana Dental Association, and the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry.
