Showcase Your Program at the 2021 Annual Session
Dear Resident Member,
The ACP wants to highlight your prosthodontic or maxillofacial program at the 2021 Annual Session during the Resident & New Prosthodontist Reception!
The Resident & New Prosthodontist Reception will be held during the virtual Annual Session on Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 6:30 p.m. CT, and all residents should be in attendance as part of their Annual Session registration. This will be a great opportunity for each program to be highlighted in front of peers, colleagues, and mentors.
To accomplish this, we invite each program to submit a 30-60 second video highlighting the fun aspects or the clinical aspects of your program. You can show off your co-residents, professors, lab, or the work you do (while observing HIPAA compliance). The video can be humorous or serious.
You are welcome to shoot the video on a cell phone and submit it to the ACP in any of the major video file formats: .mpg., .mpeg, .mov, .mp4, .m4v, or .wmv. We want this to be a fun experience for you and your colleagues (not a stressful endeavor), so any quick representation of your program is welcome.
If your program is unable to film a video, you can instead submit one to three photos with captions to represent your program. All videos and photos will be aired during the reception, and you will be able to interact with other attendees in real time through a live chat.
Programs interested in submitting a video or photos are asked to please email the ACP Central Office by Thursday, Sept. 30 to confirm your participation, so a timeslot can be held for you in the reception. All videos and photos must be submitted by Tuesday, Oct. 12 to be included in the reception.
Please contact the ACP with any questions. We look forward to seeing your videos and learning what makes your program unique.
As a reminder, as a resident member of the ACP you are invited to register for the 2021 Annual Session at no cost thanks to a grant from the ACP Education Foundation. If you have not yet registered, you can do so here!
