The Journal of Prosthodontics Impact Factor has Increased!
The 2022 Journal Citation Report (JCR) was recently released, and the Journal of Prosthodontics’ Impact Factor has increased once again and is now 4.0! The Journal also now ranks 17/91 in the Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Medicine category.
Our CiteScore has also increased to 7.7 and according to that metric, the Journal is ranked 9/115 in the General Dentistry category. This calculation is based on the number of citations to documents by a journal over 4 years, divided by the number of the same document types indexed in Scopus and published in those same 4 years.
We are proud that our citation metrics continue to increase. There are many ways to measure a journal's success and performance, and our goals also include improving the author experience, decreasing turnaround times (time to decision), and growing our impact and output.
