Volunteer to Judge at the 2024 Resident & Dental Student Digital Poster Competition
Judges are needed to critique the presentations and help determine this year's winners of the Resident & Dental Student Digital Poster Session at the 2024 Annual Session of the ACP in Marco Island, FL. The ePoster format gives the option of participating in the pre-judging process and/or the on-site presentations.
- All accepted posters will be pre-judged via the ePoster website. Judges will be assigned around 3-5 posters and they will be asked to submit scores based on the poster content.
- On-site, judges will be assigned to be present for the resident and dental student presentations and submit scores based on their ability to answer questions and on-site presentation quality.
To volunteer:
- You must have completed a CODA-accredited advanced prosthodontic program;
- Be a current member of the ACP;
- Be registered to attend the 2024 Annual Session.
You can volunteer to take part in the pre-judging portion, the on-site portion, or both. The pre-judging will take place in mid-October, and on-site judges will be assigned an hour time slot on site in Marco Island.
If you are interested, please complete the 2024 Poster Session Judges Application. Judges will be chosen on a first come, first-served basis. Please be sure to answer all the questions on the application so that judging assignments can be free from any conflicts of interest.
This year's competition will be very competitive with exceptional presentations from the best and brightest minds in prosthodontics. You won't want to miss the opportunity to take part in this year's session!
